Permanent Parcel Spatial Record

The canonical home of BitPangea’s permanent Parcel spatial record.

The Parcel Cadastre is the provisional architectural domain for the authoritative spatial record of BitPangea’s exactly 21,000,000 Parcels. Its purpose is to preserve permanent Parcel identity, fixed position, territorial definition, and Parcel-specific spatial truth while remaining distinct from ownership, rights, governance, runtime state, and other changeable systems.

This page establishes the permanent institutional home for that architecture within The Atlas. It is intentionally concise while the governing record is being formalized, allowing the domain to remain visible without presenting incomplete cadastral rules, Parcel geometry, or record structure as established architecture.

Atlas Working Principle The survey establishes where. The Parcel preserves the place. Civilization determines what happens there.

Standing

Structural Domain

The architectural domain through which the exactly 21,000,000 Parcels receive permanent identity, fixed position, and authoritative territorial definition upon the spatial foundation established through Foundational Survey Fabric, Spatial Ground, and General Spatial Interpretation.

Status

Provisional as an Atlas architectural domain. Its responsibility for permanent Parcel spatial truth is established at a working level; its exact cadastral schema, Parcel geometry, identifiers, and record model remain open.

Authority

The Foundation and The Codex constrain what must remain true. The Atlas records the architectural design that gives those truths durable spatial expression.

Purpose of This Space

The Parcel Cadastre exists to give each Parcel a durable spatial identity that does not depend on who owns it, how it is rendered, what is built upon it, or which implementation serves it. It is the authoritative home for the fixed Parcel population and for the spatial facts that make one Parcel permanently distinguishable from another.

Its governing direction is deliberately bounded: preserve Parcel identity, position, territorial extent, and other irreducible cadastral facts without absorbing ownership, access rights, economic state, infrastructure, services, or experience. The Cadastre should depend upon the demonstrated spatial foundation beneath it rather than redefine that foundation, and changes above the Cadastre should not alter the permanent meaning of an established Parcel.

Atlas Working Principle Exactly 21,000,000 Parcels. Permanent identity. Fixed place.
Architectural Boundary The Cadastre defines the Parcel as place, not the rights or activity associated with that place.

Demonstrated dependency: Foundational Survey Fabric → Spatial Ground → General Spatial Interpretation → Parcel Cadastre. The Parcel Cadastre is the current terminal domain of this demonstrated spatial dependency. No strict universal sequence is thereby established for Identity / Rights / Control, Persistence / Provenance, Interoperability, World Runtime, or Experience Architecture.
