# Spatial Ground Gate 0 Closure Review

**BitPangea · The Atlas**
**Domain:** Spatial Ground
**Creator Period:** Day #119 · September 23, 2026
**Review Type:** Gate 0 Closure Review
**Disposition:** **PASS — GATE 0 CLOSED · GATE A OPEN**
**Scope:** Readiness to adopt the Spatial Ground Requirements

---

## 1. Purpose

This review determines whether the five foundation artifacts required by Gate 0 are complete enough to permit the Spatial Ground Requirements to proceed to Gate A.

Gate 0 does not adopt the Requirements.

It determines whether the prerequisites for Requirements adoption are in place.

---

## 2. Governing Gate 0 Criteria

Gate 0 requires:

1. constitutional source traceability;
2. a Spatial Ground drafting glossary;
3. minimum Atlas shared architectural doctrine;
4. a governance baseline containing the adoption authority, Adoption Act form, and three-state record model;
5. a Finding-to-Requirement traceability map.

The Spatial Ground Requirements repeat the same readiness conditions in their Adoption Readiness Note.

# 3. Gate 0 Artifact Review

## 3.1 Constitutional Source Traceability

**Artifact:** `SG_Constitutional_Source_Trace.md`

**Result:** **PASS**

The artifact traces:

- SG-CONST-01 — Constitutional Subordination;
- SG-CONST-02 — Singularity;
- SG-CONST-03 — Existence / Non-Emptiness;
- SG-CONST-04 — Continuity / Connectedness;
- SG-CONST-05 — Extent Conformity;
- supplemental SG-IF-03 formal-revision source fidelity.

The trace distinguishes:

- controlling sources;
- supporting sources;
- Ground-side expression;
- conformity checks;
- what the source constrains;
- what the source does not independently determine.

The prior source-fidelity gap concerning formal constitutional revision is closed by The Declaration README.

**Closure finding:** constitutional-source traceability is assembled and sufficient for Requirements adoption.

---

## 3.2 Spatial Ground Drafting Glossary

**Artifact:** `SG_Drafting_Glossary.md`

**Result:** **PASS**

The glossary preserves the terminology distinctions resolved by Pass #4, including:

- World-space;
- Survey Domain;
- membership / non-World-space;
- Extent;
- canonical definition;
- canonical instance;
- primary artifact;
- representation;
- express / expresses;
- canonical limit;
- Boundary;
- edge;
- continuity;
- connectedness;
- permanence;
- refinement;
- design;
- discovery;
- adoption;
- Candidate / Adopted / Superseded;
- correction;
- scope change;
- materialization;
- model replacement;
- constitutional return;
- formal constitutional revision;
- provenance;
- integrity.

It also records term ownership and prohibited or deprecated usages.

**Closure finding:** the drafting vocabulary is designated and available.

---

## 3.3 Minimum Atlas Shared Architectural Doctrine

**Artifact:** `/theatlas/shared-architecture/shared-architectural-doctrine-minimum.md`

**Result:** **PASS**

The minimum doctrine contains the sections required before Requirements adoption:

- non-constitutional Atlas standing;
- spatial layer sequence;
- one-line responsibility of each layer;
- lowest-correct-layer placement;
- no duplicated responsibility;
- no orphaned responsibility;
- FSF–Ground dependency assumptions DA1–DA7;
- failed-dependency rule;
- deficiency routing;
- lower- and upper-boundary protection;
- scope-change discipline.

The document deliberately leaves later shared-architecture matters open where Pass #4 permits them to wait.

**Closure finding:** the minimum shared architectural doctrine required for Gate A exists.

---

## 3.4 Governance Baseline and Adoption Act Form

**Artifacts:**

- `SG_Governance_Baseline.md`
- `SG_Adoption_Act_Template.md`

**Result:** **PASS**

The governance baseline establishes:

- the Creator acting as the Atlas adoption authority during the Creator Period;
- the distinction between personal decision and institutional adoption;
- the Candidate / Adopted / Superseded record-state model;
- evidence versus authority;
- adoption versus implementation or activation;
- correction and meaning-preserving supersession;
- one canon during dispute;
- stewardship without semantic authority;
- scope change and constitutional return;
- no architectural World-space change authority.

The Adoption Act template records the fields required by Pass #3, including:

- exactly what is adopted;
- artifact identity and integrity evidence;
- governing Requirements / Specification / Survey dependency as applicable;
- primary-form declaration;
- constitutional conformity;
- evidence relied upon;
- adopter, capacity, and authority;
- explanatory design intent;
- effective moment and record-state transition.

**Closure finding:** the governance baseline, adoption authority, Adoption Act form, and three-state model all exist.

## 3.5 Consolidation Traceability Map

**Artifacts:**

- `SG_Consolidation_Map_F0001-2100.csv`
- `SG_Finding_Links.csv`
- `SG_Obligations.csv`
- `SG_Framework_Register.csv`
- `SG_Constitutional_Trace.csv`
- `SG_Readings.csv`
- `SG_Traceability_Review.xlsx`
- package `README.md`

**Result:** **PASS**

Verification confirms:

- exactly **2,100** consolidation-map rows;
- exactly **2,100 unique Finding IDs**;
- continuous Finding range **#1 through #2100**;
- **0 unmapped primary targets**;
- **0 empty primary targets**;
- **49 consolidation survivors** preserved;
- **69 framework mirrors** preserved;
- one-to-many relations carried through `finding_links`;
- final Requirement / consequence inventory carried through `obligations`;
- framework migrations carried through `framework_register`;
- ruled readings carried through `readings`;
- the frozen classification master remains unchanged.

The package implements the six-table traceability model established by Pass #4.

**Closure finding:** Finding-to-Requirement / consequence / framework traceability is preserved.

# 4. Cross-Gate Integrity Review

## 4.1 No Requirement Reopening

No Gate 0 artifact exposes a contradiction requiring reopening:

- Pass #1 — Spatial Meaning;
- Pass #2 — Layer Ownership;
- Pass #3 — Institutional Authority;
- Pass #4 — Consolidation Architecture.

**Result:** PASS.

---

## 4.2 No Specification Work Pulled Forward

Gate 0 does not settle:

- the formal membership model;
- exact FSF equality semantics;
- exact refinement mechanics;
- exact topology implementation;
- machine representation;
- canonical instance geometry;
- Conformance vectors.

Those remain properly deferred until after Requirements adoption and FSF Specification review.

**Result:** PASS.

---

## 4.3 No Canonical World-Space Instance Adopted

Nothing completed during Gate 0 selects or adopts the canonical World-space membership set.

Requirements adoption remains distinct from Specification adoption and from canonical-instance adoption.

**Result:** PASS.

---

## 4.4 Constitutional Authority Preserved

Gate 0 artifacts distinguish:

- constitutional truth;
- Atlas design;
- institutional adoption;
- technical evidence;
- implementation.

No Gate 0 artifact gives Spatial Ground, The Atlas, stewardship, Conformance, or implementation constitutional authority.

**Result:** PASS.

---

# 5. Gate 0 Final Determination

Every mandatory Gate 0 prerequisite is now present.

| Gate 0 requirement | Result |
|---|---|
| Constitutional source traceability | **PASS** |
| Drafting glossary | **PASS** |
| Minimum shared architectural doctrine | **PASS** |
| Governance baseline | **PASS** |
| Adoption authority stated | **PASS** |
| Adoption Act form | **PASS** |
| Candidate / Adopted / Superseded model | **PASS** |
| 2,100-Finding traceability map | **PASS** |
| No unresolved Gate 0 architectural blocker | **PASS** |

---

# 6. Disposition

> ## **GATE 0 — PASS**
>
> ## **GATE 0 IS CLOSED**
>
> ## **GATE A IS OPEN**

The Spatial Ground Requirements are now eligible for formal adoption through a recorded Adoption Act.

The Requirements remain in **Draft for Adoption Review** status until that Act is executed.

No Specification work should begin before Requirements adoption.

---

# 7. Next Authorized Step

The next step is:

> **GATE A — ADOPT THE SPATIAL GROUND REQUIREMENTS**

Gate A should consist of:

1. a final execution copy of the Spatial Ground Requirements;
2. a completed Requirements Adoption Act using the approved template;
3. recorded adoption by the Creator acting as the Atlas adoption authority;
4. status change of the Requirements from **Draft for Adoption Review** to **Adopted**;
5. preservation of the Gate 0 closure record and Adoption Act beside the adopted Requirements.

Adoption of the Requirements will not adopt the Spatial Ground Specification or canonical World-space instance.
