Charter
The Charter serves as the constitutional record of BitPangea. It preserves the founding charter and the constitutional charters adopted through the World’s major constitutional periods, while also recording later methodological transitions that change how BitPangea develops.
Constitutional Purpose The Charter preserves what each constitutional era established — and distinguishes those constitutional achievements from later periods of intentional world design.
The Constitutional Charters
Each Charter preserves a different layer of BitPangea's constitutional development. The Foundational Charter establishes the original vision. The Cartographic, Relational, and World Properties Charters recognize what their completed constitutional periods discovered, clarified, and preserved.
These records do not replace one another. They form a cumulative constitutional history.
Beginning with the emergence of the Creator perspective on Day #99, BitPangea now distinguishes constitutional periods from periods whose principal work is creative design. A new Period does not require a new constitutional Charter merely because it exists.
The Foundational Charter
The Foundational Charter preserves the original constitutional statement of BitPangea. It establishes the early principles of scarcity, permanence, stewardship, sovereignty, and the founding question from which the world began.
The Cartographic Charter
The Cartographic Charter recognizes what the Cartographic Period constitutionally established. It preserves the discovery that the Cartographic Layer exists to provide permanence, scarcity, identity, distinction, and position before civilization emerges upon the world.
The Relational Charter
The Relational Charter preserves the constitutional discoveries of the Relational Period, recognizing how structural elements relate, connect, measure separation, and establish orientation within BitPangea.
The World Properties Charter
The World Properties Charter preserves the constitutional foundation of the World Properties Domain, recognizing how objective properties already possessed by the World are discovered, classified, and preserved through constitutional inquiry.
The Creator Period
Beginning on Day #100, BitPangea enters a new mode of development. The Creator Period is not presently a new constitutional Domain and does not require an adopted Charter merely because a new Period has begun.
Its governing distinction is that constitutional discovery determines what the World must be, while creative design determines what may be intentionally created within those truths. The Foundation constrains. The Codex defines. The Atlas designs. Implementation realizes.
Active Period · Design-OrientedThe Epistemic Charter
An Epistemic Charter may be preserved if a future Epistemic Domain is constitutionally established and later reaches a point at which a formal period record is warranted.
Future Constitutional PossibilityThe Civilizational Charter
A Civilizational Charter may be preserved if a future Civilizational Domain is constitutionally established and later reaches a point at which a formal period record is warranted.
Future Constitutional PossibilityCharter and the Creator Period
The Creator Period does not repeal, supersede, or close the constitutional work that preceded it. The Structural and Relational Domains remain presently complete but constitutionally open. The World Properties Domain remains open and presently resting.
Constitutional inquiry may resume whenever genuine necessity appears. But from Day #100 forward, constitutional inquiry is no longer the sole engine of BitPangea’s development.
Day #99 Clarification A Period may advance the World through design without requiring a new Codex, Domain, Category, or constitutional Charter.
