Restructured Codices (as of June 20, 2026)

Historical Record

This register preserves the original sequential organization of the first five adopted Codices prior to the adoption of the Domain Architecture. These entries remain historically authentic but have since been reorganized within the Structural (ST) and Relational (RL) Domains.

The Codex Register records formal entries adopted into The Codex. Each entry preserves a foundational concept within BitPangea before later systems are built upon it.

Register Principle

The Codex Register does not define the world. It records the definitions adopted into The Codex.

Established Codex Entries

Each adopted Codex is preserved as a permanent record within the Cartographic Period.

The Parcel

The first cartographic definition of BitPangea. Codex I defines the parcel as the smallest indivisible cartographic unit of the supercontinent, existing before discovery, ownership, commerce, governance, or code.

The Boundary

The second cartographic definition of BitPangea. Codex II acknowledges the boundary as the cartographic distinction that allows one parcel to be differentiated from another, making plurality possible within the supercontinent.

The Coordinate

The third cartographic definition of BitPangea. Codex III acknowledges the Coordinate as the cartographic reference by which the position of a Parcel is uniquely described within BitPangea, establishing the foundation for location, place, and future digital geography.

The Adjacency

The fourth cartographic definition of BitPangea. Codex IV acknowledges Adjacency as the cartographic relation between two Parcels that share a common Boundary, establishing the first formal relationship within the world and laying the foundation for proximity, connection, and future geographic structure.

The Contiguity

The fifth cartographic definition of BitPangea. Codex V acknowledges Contiguity as the cartographic condition by which two or more Parcels are connected through an unbroken path of Adjacencies, establishing the first world-scale cartographic structure and explaining how the supercontinent remains a single connected whole.

On June 20, 2026, BitPangea adopted the Domain Architecture following a series of constitutional reviews. The first five Codices were preserved in their original form and reclassified as:

  • Codex I → ST-I
  • Codex II → ST-II
  • Codex III → ST-III
  • Codex IV → RL-I
  • Codex V → RL-II
