The
Truths
The Truths preserve what is unconditionally true of BitPangea. They do not instruct, persuade, or prescribe every detail of the World. They state the constitutional realities that remain binding across discovery, design, implementation, and time.
Truths describe what is. Principles guide what should be. Maxims preserve what should be remembered.
Purpose
The Truths are not rules, doctrines, aspirations, values, or a catalogue of every feature that may exist within BitPangea. They are constitutional realities: statements that remain true regardless of discovery, ownership, recognition, belief, design choice, implementation, or future interpretation.
Where The Codex defines terms, The Truths declare the conditions that make those definitions possible. Where The Principles guide stewardship and The Atlas gives the World concrete cartographic expression, The Truths remain descriptive and foundational.
Constitutional truth establishes what must remain true. Creative design determines what may be intentionally created within those truths.
I · Existence
The world exists.
Existence precedes observation, discovery, ownership, or understanding.
The world is one.
BitPangea is a single, continuous cartographic whole.
The world is finite.
Its extent is complete, even where its details remain unknown.
The world cannot expand.
No later act can increase the world beyond its established extent.
The world cannot be duplicated.
No copy, mirror, fork, or simulation becomes BitPangea itself.
II · Structure
Structure precedes discovery.
The world possesses order before anyone recognizes it.
Every Parcel belongs to the world.
No Parcel exists outside the single world to which it belongs.
Every place has identity.
Coordinates identify place without possessing it.
Boundaries distinguish.
A Boundary creates distinction without creating a separate world.
Relation is real.
No Parcel exists in isolation from the structure around it.
III · Permanence
The world remains.
The world persists beyond individual observers, records, claims, or generations.
Truth does not require recognition.
Reality exists independent of belief, approval, or awareness.
The finite whole precedes every part.
Parcels, boundaries, and coordinates derive meaning from the world they belong to.
IV · Discovery & Creation
Discovery reveals. Creation designs.
Discovery uncovers what is already established. Creation intentionally gives form to what the Constitution leaves open.
The map follows the world.
The World's constitutional reality comes first. The Atlas may then intentionally design and record its concrete cartographic expression within those constraints.
Knowledge expands. The world remains.
Understanding and design may develop without altering the constitutional identity and invariants of the World.
The frontier is a condition of knowing.
What is unknown is not absent; it is unrevealed.
V · Record
The record preserves discovery.
What is discovered may be remembered through record.
The Archive does not create the past.
Preservation carries memory forward; it does not invent what happened.
VI · Foundation
The Foundation preserves understanding.
The Foundation gathers the works through which the world becomes intelligible.
BitPangea is one world.
All later structures, relations, records, and civilizations arise within the same finite world.
The Creator Perspective
From within BitPangea, inhabitants may discover a World that appears given: Parcels occupy fixed positions, Boundaries distinguish them, and geography is encountered as reality.
From outside BitPangea, the Creator may intentionally design geography, Parcel arrangement, names, visual form, terrain, landmarks, and other Atlas expressions so long as those choices remain within the constitutional truths preserved here.
These perspectives do not conflict. What the Creator designs within constitutional constraint may later be experienced from within the World as something to discover.
What The Truths Are Not
The Truths are not the ethical code of BitPangea. They are not the stewardship doctrine, the cultural sayings, the civilizational constitution, or a design specification for every feature of the World. Those belong elsewhere within The Foundation, The Atlas, implementation, and future civilizational works.
The Truths are the floor beneath those works: the realities upon which later principles, maxims, designs, records, and civilizations may stand.
