The Declaration

The World Before The Codex

BitPangea is one world.

BitPangea consists of 21,000,000 parcels.

BitPangea is finite.

BitPangea cannot expand.

BitPangea cannot be duplicated.

BitPangea exists as a single digital supercontinent.

These truths predate the Cartographic Period.

They were not adopted through Codex inquiry.

They existed prior to the first formal cartographic definitions and serve as the foundation upon which later Codices are built.

The Declaration establishes the constitutional reality within which BitPangea is created. It does not require every geographic, visual, naming, cartographic, or technical detail of the World to have existed in fully determined form before design begins.

Beginning with the Creator Period, the doctrine “The world exists. The map follows.” is understood to mean that the World’s constitutional identity and invariants come first; The Atlas may then intentionally design the concrete cartographic expression of that World within those constraints.

Foundational Doctrine The world exists. The map follows.
Creator Period Clarification Constitutional reality precedes design. Design gives intentional form to what the Constitution leaves open.
