The First Truth of The Declaration
The World is the singular, continuous cartographic whole within BitPangea inside which all structural units, distinctions, and references exist.
This truth is not adopted by the Codex.
It is recognized by the Declaration.
The Codex may later define the Structural meaning of The World, but the existence of One World precedes Codex inquiry.
