Requirements
Framework
The governing requirements that define how canonical Survey space becomes canonically recognized as BitPangea World-space without absorbing the mathematics below or the meaning above.
The Spatial Ground Requirements Framework defines what BitPangea’s World-membership architecture must preserve, permit, exclude, and prove. Spatial Ground canonically expresses and preserves which canonical Survey space is BitPangea World-space.
These Requirements do not themselves select the formal membership model, redefine the Foundational Survey Fabric, design General Spatial Interpretation, parcelize The World, or establish higher-layer meaning. They preserve the permanent architectural envelope within which the adopted SG-SPEC-1.0 and canonical World-space instance must remain.
Governing Sentence Spatial Ground canonically expresses and preserves which canonical Survey space is BitPangea World-space.
Architecture Boundary Rule Protect the boundary. Do not design the layer above from the layer below.
Requirements Structure
Purpose and Governing Sentence
Defines Spatial Ground’s sole governing function: to canonically express and preserve which canonical Survey space is BitPangea World-space.
SG-CORE-01Constitutional Subordination and Expressed Constraints
Preserves constitutional subordination, one World, non-emptiness, continuity/connectedness, and conformity with constitutional Extent without treating those sources as the exact membership definition.
SG-CONST-01–05World Membership
Defines strict Survey containment without identity, exact total two-valued deterministic membership, and the canonical limit as a consequence of where membership changes. Canonical World-space must remain strictly inside the governed FSF production placement envelope.
SG-CORE-02–03 · SG-LIM-01One Definition and Sole Dependence
Requires one canonical World-space determination and excludes hidden, higher-layer, institutional, runtime, or derived inputs from membership truth.
SG-CORE-04–05Permanence and Representation
Preserves adopted membership permanently while allowing representations and formal models to change only when semantic identity remains intact.
SG-CORE-06–07 · SG-IF-03Canonical Definition Constraints
Defines unique primary authority, closure, finite expressibility, decidable validity and equivalence, and refinement closure without choosing the formal membership mathematics.
SG-DEF-01–06Foundational Survey Fabric Dependency
Requires Spatial Ground to consume Survey truth by reference, never redefine FSF mathematics, and route dependency deficiencies back to the owning architecture.
SG-DOWN-01–04Layer Boundary and Exclusions
Restricts Ground-native meaning to World membership and excludes Parcels, terrain, Regions, ownership, rights, interpretation, runtime state, and other higher-layer meaning.
SG-BOUND-01–02Upward Contract
Defines what higher layers may rely on—exact, stable membership—and what they may never infer or alter from Spatial Ground.
SG-UP-01–03Institutional and Preservation Interface
Defines adoption as the source of canonical status while keeping governance, stewardship, Conformance, and implementation from becoming membership authority.
SG-IF-01–05Together, these Requirements preserve one exact architectural distinction: canonical World membership over inherited Survey space. The layer is intentionally silent about Parcels, terrain, Regions, ownership, rights, runtime systems, experience, and every other higher-order interpretation.
The Requirements were consolidated from the complete 2,100-Finding Spatial Ground Creator corpus. Gate 0 closed after constitutional traceability, drafting terminology, shared architectural doctrine, governance, and full Finding-to-Requirement traceability were established. Gate A then adopted the Requirements by recorded Adoption Act.
Adopted dependency standing: the Foundational Survey Fabric now supplies FSF-SPEC-1.0, including H = 1,000,000 Pang, the canonical Survey Domain D = [-1,000,000,+1,000,000]², and the governed production placement envelope P = [-500,000,+500,000]².
The dependency-conformant Spatial Ground requirement is therefore: World-space ⊂ interior(P) ⊂ interior(D). Canonical World-space does not coincide with the entire Survey Domain.
Current Standing
Requirements adopted · Gate A complete. The Requirements remain the governing Spatial Ground requirements record. FSF-SPEC-1.0 now supplies the adopted lower-layer Survey mathematics, SG-SPEC-1.0 is adopted, Gate B is complete, and SG-WORLD-SPACE-INSTANCE-0001 is the adopted canonical World-space instance. These later adoptions satisfy the Requirements; they do not rewrite the Requirements layer into the Specification.
Architectural Boundary Foundational Survey Fabric supplies canonical spatial reference and mathematics. Spatial Ground adds canonical participation in The World.
