The
Architecture
The Architecture is the institutional record of the enduring systems through which BitPangea is made viable. It preserves the structural design that connects permanent spatial truth to the systems that define place, Parcels, authority, continuity, compatibility, operation, and experience.
Architectural Purpose The Architecture records what the World requires to remain durable, extensible, coherent, and independently understandable without confusing implementation with constitutional truth.
Architecture Within The Atlas
The Atlas is the canonical map and structural design record of the World. Within it, The Architecture preserves the deep systems that make BitPangea structurally possible without reducing the World to any one implementation, service, interface, institution, or technology.
The architectural domains do not replace one another. Each defines a distinct responsibility and boundary. Together they provide a framework through which permanent place can remain stable while higher systems remain capable of development, replacement, extension, and independent implementation.
Architecture Membership and Dependency. The Architecture is an institutional catalog of nine recognized architectural domains. Membership establishes that a domain belongs within the enduring structural design record of BitPangea; membership does not, by itself, establish dependency order.
The order in which Architecture domains are presented is a documentary presentation order, not a universal dependency stack. Dependencies should be recognized only where architectural inquiry demonstrates that one domain genuinely requires another. Some domains may form ordered foundations; others may interact through cross-domain relationships without belonging to one linear chain.
Atlas Working Principle The deeper the layer, the more permanent it should be. The closer the layer is to the user, the more freedom it should have to evolve.
Structural Relationship
Foundation
The Foundation and The Codex establish what must remain true and constrain the architecture designed within those truths.
Architecture
The Architecture establishes the enduring structural systems through which the designed World can remain coherent and viable.
Implementation
Implementations realize architectural design through replaceable technologies without becoming the permanent truth they implement.
Membership, Dependency, and Status
The Architecture recognizes nine enduring domains. Their inclusion establishes architectural membership; it does not establish a single numbered stack. Presentation order, demonstrated dependency, and domain status are separate architectural properties and should not be conflated.
Architecture Membership
All nine recognized domains belong within the architectural catalog regardless of current maturity or position in any demonstrated dependency relationship.
Presentation Order
The sequence used by this index is documentary. It provides a stable way to encounter the catalog but does not independently establish dependency.
Demonstrated Dependency
Dependency is recorded only where architectural inquiry establishes that one domain requires another. Where dependency has not been demonstrated, no linear ordering should be inferred.
Working Sequence
Architectural work may proceed in strict sequence where dependency is demonstrated. Beyond that point, subsequent domains should enter a dependency-resolved queue rather than inherit an artificial place in a universal stack.
Demonstrated Spatial Dependency. The first four domains currently form the demonstrated spatial dependency through which canonical reference becomes stable World-space, shared spatial interpretation, and ultimately authoritative Parcel truth.
Canonical Survey Foundation
FSF-SPEC-1.0 is the adopted foundational spatial specification.
Canonical World-Space Foundation
SG-SPEC-1.0 is adopted and SG-WORLD-SPACE-INSTANCE-0001 establishes canonical World-space.
Continuity across the spatial foundation. The Foundational Survey Fabric may evolve in representation, format, or Specification expression only where established canonical place is preserved. Spatial Ground and every dependent layer inherit that stable meaning rather than creating a competing spatial truth.
Current spatial handoff. The Foundational Survey Fabric and Spatial Ground now form an established canonical lower spatial foundation. FSF-SPEC-1.0 supplies the adopted Survey mathematics; SG-SPEC-1.0 governs canonical World membership; and SG-WORLD-SPACE-INSTANCE-0001 is the adopted canonical World-space instance. The active strict architectural handoff now proceeds from Spatial Ground → General Spatial Interpretation.
No equivalent strict chain is presently established among Identity / Rights / Control, Persistence / Provenance, Interoperability, World Runtime, and Experience Architecture. Those domains may contain cross-dependencies, downstream relationships, or implementation-facing dependencies that should be established individually as inquiry proceeds.
Established
The domain's architectural responsibility and governing structure are sufficiently developed to function as an active architectural record.
Provisional
The domain is recognized and its general responsibility and boundary are understood, while substantial internal architecture remains unresolved.
Reserved
BitPangea has determined that a distinct architectural responsibility requires a permanent institutional home, while its governing architecture remains intentionally undeveloped.
Status and order are independent. Established, Provisional, and Reserved describe architectural maturity or institutional standing. They do not determine dependency position, presentation order, or working priority.
Architecture Domain Catalog
The following nine domains comprise the current Architecture membership. Their sequence below is a stable presentation order for the institutional catalog and should not be read as a complete dependency chain.
Foundational Survey Fabric
The permanent spatial reference architecture beneath BitPangea. FSF-SPEC-1.0 is canonically adopted and now supplies the exact Survey reference, coordinate mathematics, geometry, normalization, precision, serialization, and production placement framework consumed by Spatial Ground.
Spatial Ground
The canonical World-membership layer immediately above the Foundational Survey Fabric. SG-SPEC-1.0 is adopted, Gate B is complete, and SG-WORLD-SPACE-INSTANCE-0001 is the adopted canonical World-space instance. Spatial Ground determines which valid canonical Survey space participates in The World without redefining Survey mathematics.
General Spatial Interpretation
The next strict spatial layer above adopted Spatial Ground. It will establish the shared interpretive framework through which higher spatial entities can reference canonical BitPangea World-space without redefining the Foundational Survey Fabric or canonical Ground beneath them.
Parcel Cadastre
The authoritative spatial record of the exactly 21,000,000 Parcels: their permanent identities, fixed positions, territorial definitions, and Parcel-specific spatial truth.
Identity / Rights / Control
The systems through which actors, rights, authority, access, possession, delegation, and control may be defined without becoming part of canonical place itself.
Persistence / Provenance
The architecture through which durable state, historical continuity, record lineage, verification, and canonical succession may remain intelligible across change.
Interoperability
The standards, mappings, and compatibility rules through which independent BitPangea systems may exchange authoritative meaning without creating competing canonical truths.
World Runtime
The reserved architectural home for execution, synchronization, communication, routing, shared services, and other live functions that may operate above permanent spatial and cadastral truth.
Experience Architecture
The replaceable interfaces, representations, navigation models, immersive systems, and experiential structures through which BitPangea may be encountered without binding World truth to one technology.
Architectural Boundaries
The Architecture contains layered relationships where dependency has been demonstrated, but it is not presumed to be one universal linear stack. Where a lower domain provides stable reference or capability to a dependent domain above it, that lower domain should do so without absorbing the identities, meanings, rights, state, or experiences the dependent domain creates.
Architecture Boundary Rule. A lower Architecture domain may establish the constraints that higher domains must not violate, but it should not prescribe the internal responsibilities, organization, implementation, or lifecycle of a higher domain unless that dependency is irreducibly necessary to the lower domain itself.
Architecture Boundary Rule Protect the boundary. Do not design the layer above from the layer below.
Permanent place should remain independent of ownership. Canonical spatial truth should remain independent of runtime. Representation, format, and implementation may evolve without moving established canonical place. Runtime should remain independent of any one implementation. Experience should remain free to evolve without redefining the World beneath it.
Atlas Working Principle Extend upward. Do not rewrite downward.
Architectural Direction Ground establishes place. Runtime enables function. Civilization creates meaning.
This is The Architecture.
The structural design record of BitPangea.
One World. Nine recognized architectural domains. Demonstrated dependencies where they are known. A durable structure for preserving permanent truth while allowing systems, institutions, technologies, and experience to evolve above it.
